Bay State Reprographics is a Boston-based service bureau that specializes in architectural reproductions and large format color prints. Bay State had been in business for eight years catering to a specialized market, and was interested in increasing customer awareness and growing a broader client base.

A direct mail campaign (one piece sent each month for a year) created the interest the company was looking for.

We wanted to catch the viewer's eye with a bright and exciting piece that was not overly technical. One that people would want to hold onto or pass around the office.

The campaign was successful and the client has benefited with increased business and greater name recognition in the Boston area. Six years later, I still encounter people who remember receiving this mailing.
