Brochure and Two Pocketfolders

Metro Realty Corp. is Brookline's premier apartment rental company. Although capable and experienced in the high-end rental market, their general reputation was as a neighborhood realty company. This made it difficult for them to compete for exclusive high-end leasing contracts.

The solution was to create a high-end capability brochure for Metro Realty that would present the breadth of services and their unique strengths that have worked so well for their clients over the past 15 years.

Besides our strategy and design capabilities, our in-depth knowledge of printing was a real strength on this project. We used a palate of printing techniques such as silver foil-stamping, die-cutting, double hits of color and an aqueous coating to achieve a brochure that reflects the luxury of the buildings that they will be pitching. (Sounds expensive, right? Nope: our wisdom in printing means we could do all that very affordably!) Additionally, on the same press run we created a pocket folder and presentation folder so that Metro would have an entire family of consistent materials.

Now they have a "great set of tools that gives us confidence whenever we go out to pitch new business."
