Walden Park apartments is a 206-unit, mid-range apartment complex near Porter Square, Cambridge. At the time they came to us they had about a 20% vacancy rate.

Because their main clientele is foreign graduate students, we determined a web site was the best medium. The objective was to give the students as much information as possible before they even came to Boston.

Anastasia Design determined the look of the site would be green, inviting, "neighborhoody." The focus would be on the location of the building to schools and the local amenities. We enhanced the experience with 360o virtual tours of apartments and the area.

Walden Park's web site has been successful far beyond the client’s expectations. Not only are the potential tenants informed and enticed, they are entirely convinced. They are renting right off the web site; the client is fielding checks and applications without even having to show the units. While local schools are showing a decline in foreign students, our client at Walden Park Apartments is now joyfully and consistently operating with a 0-1% vacancy rate.
